The Crossroads Guitar Festival is the two-day guitar event with which Eric Clapton raises funds for the Crossroads Centre on Antigua, the addiction treatment facility he founded in 1998. This recording comes from the 2019 edition at the American Airlines Center in Dallas. Clapton plays "Layla" with John Mayer and Doyle Bramhall II, acoustic versions of "Wonderful Tonight" and "Lay Down Sally" with Andy Fairweather Low, and joins Peter Frampton for "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" in memory of George Harrison. Around those sit contributions from Jeff Beck, Bonnie Raitt, Buddy Guy, Gary Clark Jr., Sheryl Crow, Los Lobos, and the Tedeschi Trucks Band, among others.
This edition is a 3-CD set in a digipak.
