Greatest Hits gathers the best known songs from the first fifteen years of Foo Fighters, from This Is a Call and Big Me off the debut to The Pretender and Long Road to Ruin. The compilation appeared in November 2009 and closes with the acoustic version of Everlong. Two tracks were new: Wheels and Word Forward, written during the Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace tour and recorded with producer Butch Vig, who would handle Wasting Light shortly afterwards.

This edition is a 2-LP on red vinyl, a Target edition.
