Holidays in Eden, originally released in 1991, is Marillion's sixth studio album and the second with Steve Hogarth. Christopher Neil, who had worked with Mike + The Mechanics and a-ha, produced it and steered the band towards shorter, radio-friendly songs. Cover My Eyes (Pain & Heaven), No One Can, and Dry Land came out as singles, the first reaching number 34 in the UK. The closing stretch returns to longer form with the suite The Rake's Progress and 100 Nights. The pop direction won little extra audience, and Marillion turned sharply the other way with Brave. This edition is a limited 4-LP box set that also carries a 1991 concert recording from Hammersmith.
