Rust in Peace is the fourth studio album by Megadeth and originally dates from 1990. It is the first record with guitarist Marty Friedman and drummer Nick Menza, and it shows: 'Holy Wars... The Punishment Due', 'Hangar 18' and 'Tornado of Souls' consist largely of interlocking guitar lines and abrupt tempo changes. The lyrics deal with the conflict in Northern Ireland, nuclear weapons and alien conspiracies. The album earned Megadeth a Grammy nomination for Best Metal Performance and went platinum in the United States. This edition is an LP.
