For his third solo album Morrissey brought in Mick Ronson, the guitarist who had shaped Ziggy Stardust twenty years earlier. Your Arsenal, originally released in July 1992, traded the restrained side of his earlier work for a tight rock band: Boz Boorer and Alain Whyte lay rockabilly and glam rock figures under songs such as Glamorous Glue, You're the One for Me, Fatty, and Certain People I Know. The album reached number 4 in Britain and earned a Grammy nomination in the United States for Best Alternative Music Album. Ronson died in April 1993, less than a year after the album appeared. This edition is a remastered LP in a gatefold sleeve.
