SOUR is Olivia Rodrigo's debut album, originally released in 2021 and recorded with producer Dan Nigro. It grew out of Drivers License, the piano ballad that spent eight weeks at number 1 on the US Hot 100 in early 2021, and sets Deja Vu and the pop-punk leaning Good 4 U alongside it. The lyrics deal with a first break-up, jealousy, and insecurity, moving between piano ballads and guitar songs. SOUR won the Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album in 2022, and Rodrigo took Best New Artist the same year. This edition is an LP on transparent blue vinyl, with alternative artwork, a gatefold sleeve, and a poster.
