Placebo RE:CREATED is a reworked version of Placebo's 1996 debut album, released in 2026 to mark its thirtieth anniversary. Brian Molko and Stefan Olsdal returned to the original master tapes and reworked all ten tracks plus two bonus tracks, including the singles Nancy Boy and 36 Degrees. The band describes it as a director's cut, reshaping the early alternative rock sound. The result places the energy and raw edges of Placebo's debut in a new perspective.
