On 12 August 2011 Sonic Youth played a stage on the Williamsburg Waterfront in Brooklyn, the last show the band gave in the United States. The seventeen-song set runs right across their career, from 'Brave Men Run In My Family' and 'Death Valley '69' from the mid-eighties to 'Sacred Trickster' and 'Calming The Snake' off the then recent The Eternal. After a South American tour the group brought its existence to an end in November of that year. The recording was released on 18 August 2023 via Silver Current Records, newly mixed and remastered. This edition is a 2-LP.
