Bolan B-Sides collects B-sides from the catalogue of T. Rex, the British band led by singer and guitarist Marc Bolan. In the early 1970s T. Rex helped pioneer glam rock, with hits such as "Get It On", "Hot Love" and "Ride a White Swan". The B-sides reveal a lesser-known side of Bolan's songwriting, from boogie rock to restrained acoustic numbers. The compilation gathers material that originally appeared on the flip sides of singles.
