Tentative Decisions: 1974-1976 collects early recordings by Talking Heads from the American new wave band's formative years. During this period singer David Byrne, Chris Frantz and Tina Weymouth took their first steps, shortly before the classic line-up was complete. The recordings show the seeds of their distinctive, nervy blend of punk, funk and arty pop. The raw, unfinished versions offer insight into how their later sound took shape.
