Talking Heads

Talking Heads started in New York in 1975 as a trio of art-school friends and became a fixture at the punk club CBGB. With David Byrne on vocals and guitar, Tina Weymouth on bass, Chris Frantz on drums and, from 1977, Jerry Harrison on guitar and keyboards, the band moved from the nervous new wave of Talking Heads: 77 to the polyrhythmic funk of Remain in Light, made with Brian Eno. Then came the hit 'Burning Down the House', the concert film Stop Making Sense and the lighter American songs of Little Creatures. The group ended in 1991 and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002.

This collection brings together Talking Heads on vinyl, LP and CD: reissues of the studio albums, live and archive releases and coloured pressings.
