Night Trains & Cityscapes gathers three 2026 recordings around Tangerine Dream's film work. Side one draws on their music for Grand Theft Auto V: Happy Ending is built from fragments and ideas from No Happy Endings, and Los Santos City Map is a new recording of the theme from the game's map and pause screens. Side two brings Love On A Real Train, the best known piece from the soundtrack the group made for the film Risky Business in 1983, likewise newly recorded. The release came out on 18 April 2026 through Invisible Hands Music and was mastered by Miles Showell at Abbey Road.

This edition is a 12-inch maxi-single on clear vinyl, a Record Store Day pressing.
