Ixnay on the Hombre originally appeared in 1997 as the follow-up to the multi-million-selling Smash, and was the first Offspring album made for Columbia Records. In Europe, Epitaph kept releasing it. Dave Jerden took over production from Thom Wilson, who had handled the first three albums. It opens with Disclaimer, a spoken intro by Dead Kennedys singer Jello Biafra, and produced the singles All I Want, Gone Away, and I Choose, setting the band's raw side next to its melodic one. This edition is an LP on opaque gold vinyl, pressed on 180 gram as a 20th anniversary edition.
