Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is de filmmuziek die de Amerikaanse componist John Williams schreef voor de gelijknamige film uit 1989, het derde deel in de Indiana Jones-reeks van Steven Spielberg. Williams bouwt voort op de bekende "Raiders March" en voegt nieuwe thema's toe, waaronder een motief voor de vader van de hoofdpersoon en een thema rond de zoektocht naar de Heilige Graal. De orkestrale score wisselt avontuurlijke actiemuziek af met bezonken, lyrische passages. Het werk is een schoolvoorbeeld van Williams' vertellende, thematische filmmuziek.
