Synchronicity was het vijfde en laatste studioalbum van de Britse band The Police, uitgebracht in 1983 op A&M Records. Het album werd geproduceerd door Hugh Padgham samen met de band. De single "Every Breath You Take" bereikte de eerste plaats in zowel het Verenigd Koninkrijk als de Verenigde Staten en won in 1984 twee Grammy Awards. Ook "Wrapped Around Your Finger", "King of Pain" en "Synchronicity II" verschenen als single. Het album bereikte de eerste plaats in de Billboard 200 en de UK Albums Chart. De bezetting bestond uit Sting, Andy Summers en Stewart Copeland.
