Lost Not Forgotten Archives: Distance Over Time Demos (2018) captures the writing sessions for Distance Over Time, Dream Theater's fourteenth studio album. The band recorded the demos at Yonderbarn, the remote studio in upstate New York where they holed up to write the album. The songs appear here in the order they were conceived and recorded, initially under working titles such as 'Song 01' and 'Song 04' that would later become 'At Wit's End' and 'Untethered Angel'. It is a previously unreleased look into the creative process, with LaBrie, Petrucci, Myung, Rudess and Mangini.
This edition is a limited 2-LP with CD on transparent sun yellow vinyl, in a gatefold sleeve.
