After a four year break Disturbed returned in 2015 with Immortalized, the fifth album in a row to enter the Billboard 200 at number 1. Kevin Churko produced; The Vengeful One and the title track hold the hard line, while Save Our Last Goodbye and Who Taught You How To Hate give the vocals more room. The clearest outlier is the restrained, string-led reading of Simon and Garfunkel's The Sound Of Silence, which carried the band far beyond the metal audience and earned a 2017 Grammy nomination for Best Rock Performance.
