More Songs About Buildings and Food was the first of three albums Talking Heads made with Brian Eno. Eno pushed the band towards tighter rhythms and more studio treatment, while David Byrne filled his lyrics with office language, consumption and unease. The album originally dates from 1978, and its reading of Al Green's 'Take Me to the River' gave the band their first US Top 40 single. 'Found a Job', 'The Big Country' and 'Artists Only' come from the same record. The sleeve is built from hundreds of Polaroid photographs of the four band members. This edition is a 2-LP, a deluxe edition pairing the remastered album with a second record of outtakes and B-sides.
