Thank You is the solo debut of Mike D, co-founder of Beastie Boys, and the first full album of new material from a Beastie Boy since Hot Sauce Committee Part Two in 2011. It grew out of informal sessions at his home studio, with contributions from his sons Skyler and Davis, Carter Lang, Jason Lader and Eddie Ruscha. Beneath his familiar voice sit electronic grooves and repeating hooks rather than classic boom bap; the singles Switch Up, What We Got and True Colors came first. Mike D told Louder he was putting this music out "into a very strange and dark and power-fixated world". The album came out on 28 August 2026 via Fontana.
