On 8 November 1995 Blur played the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, midway through the tour for The Great Escape. That night produced a live album originally released in Japan only, in 1996 and on CD alone. The set runs right across the first four albums, from "Popscene" and "She's So High" to "Girls & Boys", "Country House", "Parklife" and "The Universal", played by Damon Albarn, Graham Coxon, Alex James and Dave Rowntree at the peak of Britpop. Record Store Day 2026 brought the recording to vinyl for the first time.
