Way Down in the Rust Bucket documents one night at The Catalyst in Santa Cruz, on 13 November 1990. Neil Young and Crazy Horse had just finished Ragged Glory and played that material in front of an audience for the first time, in a club holding a few hundred people. The show ran to more than three hours, with "Love and Only Love", "Like a Hurricane" and "Cortez the Killer" all pushing well past ten minutes, and with the first ever live performance of "Danger Bird" from Zuma. The recording came out in 2021 as number 11.5 in Young's Performance Series. This edition is a limited box holding four LPs, two CDs and a DVD of the concert film, which also carries a performance of "Cowgirl in the Sand" that is missing from the audio versions.
