El Camino is the record that moved The Black Keys into arenas. Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney recorded their seventh studio album, originally from 2011, with Danger Mouse at Auerbach's Easy Eye Sound studio in Nashville. It leans on short, hard songs with glam-rock drums and big choruses: 'Lonely Boy', 'Gold on the Ceiling' and 'Little Black Submarines'. The sleeve shows a Chrysler minivan rather than the car of the title, a joke by the band. It won three Grammy Awards in 2013.
