Live in New Haven 1986 captures the concert Van Halen gave on 27 August 1986 at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in New Haven, during the 5150 world tour. It was the first tour with singer Sammy Hagar, who had replaced David Lee Roth earlier that year, alongside Eddie and Alex Van Halen and Michael Anthony. Parts of this performance were previously featured in the concert film Live Without a Net (1986). This release contains nearly all the music from that film, plus Good Enough and a cover of Wild Thing, and came out as a standalone audio release in 2026.
