Italian X Rays, from 1984, was the thirteenth studio album by the Steve Miller Band, made in the wake of the success of Abracadabra. Miller leaned hard on synthesizers and drum machines here, with short instrumental links (Radio 1, Radio 2, Harmony Of The Spheres) threaded between the songs. The singles Shangri-La and Bongo Bongo reached number 57 and number 84 on the US Hot 100, well below what the previous album had managed. It appeared at the time on Capitol Records. This edition is an LP.
