The Tortured Poets Department is the eleventh studio album by American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift, released in April 2024. Swift wrote and produced the album largely with Jack Antonoff and Aaron Dessner. The record contains introspective synth-pop and folk-pop and deals with themes such as lost relationships, fame and self-image. 'Fortnight', a duet with Post Malone, was released as the first single and reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100. A few hours after the release, an expanded version appeared with the subtitle The Anthology, featuring additional songs. Upon release, the album broke several streaming records and spent weeks at number 1 on the Billboard 200.
