Waterloo was originally released in 1974 as ABBA's second studio album and gave the group their international breakthrough. The title track won the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest in Brighton and became a worldwide hit. Alongside "Waterloo", the album features early ABBA songs such as "Honey, Honey", "Hasta Mañana" and "King Kong Song", with the bright vocals of Agnetha Fältskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad and compositions by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus. The album laid the foundation for the pop formula with which the band would dominate the seventies.
