Killer was originally released in 1971, less than a year after Love It to Death, again with Bob Ezrin producing. The band plays tighter and heavier than on its predecessor: Under My Wheels and Be My Lover are compact rock songs, while Halo of Flies grows into a suite of more than eight minutes with constantly shifting themes. The title track ends with the execution of the story's central character, a scene the group went on to act out on stage with a gallows. Killer reached the American top 25 and also contains Desperado, You Drive Me Nervous and Dead Babies.

This edition is an LP on black vinyl, pressed on 180 gram and cut from the original analogue masters.
