The Time of My Life was the first new music from Benson Boone after his second album American Heart. He released the song on 25 June 2026 via Warner Records, on his 24th birthday. It is a slow-building ballad built around piano and his falsetto, about moving on without the person you thought would stay. In the accompanying video Boone stars opposite Alix Earle in a theatrical love story that clashes with what he feels inside.
