ChangesNowBowie gathers a largely acoustic session David Bowie recorded in late 1996 at Looking Glass Studios in New York. The recordings were broadcast by the BBC on his fiftieth birthday, 8 January 1997, and only released as an album for the first time in 2020. Together with Reeves Gabrels, Mark Plati and Gail Ann Dorsey, Bowie reworked his own songs from various periods in stripped-back, intimate versions, from 'The Man Who Sold the World' and 'Quicksand' to 'Lady Stardust' and 'Andy Warhol'. The spare arrangements put the focus on his voice and the songs themselves. This edition is an LP on black vinyl.
