The World of David Bowie is a compilation that gathers Bowie's early work from 1966-1968, originally released in 1970 by Decca on the Deram label. It brings together songs from the period of his self-titled debut album, with music-hall and baroque-pop influences and narrative lyrics — well before the glam rock that would make him famous. Tracks such as 'Love You Till Tuesday', 'Silly Boy Blue' and 'The London Boys' show the young singer-songwriter still searching for his own voice. This reissue appeared for Record Store Day 2019 on coloured vinyl. This edition is an LP on coloured vinyl.
