Meliora was Ghost's third studio album and originally appeared in 2015 on Loma Vista. The band traded the raw doom of its early days for a bigger, tighter production by Klas Åhlund, with thick layers of guitar, organ and choruses built for arenas. Its setting is a city without God, with power and industry as themes on songs such as 'From The Pinnacle To The Pit', 'He Is' and 'Absolution'. 'Cirice' won the 2016 Grammy for Best Metal Performance and brought Ghost to a wide audience in the United States. The album entered the Billboard 200 at number eight and reached number one in Sweden and Finland. This edition is a 2-LP on green smoke vinyl, an anniversary edition that adds the Popestar EP.
