The N.E.W.S. Sessions gathers outtakes, rough mixes and alternate versions from the sessions for Golden Earring's 1984 album N.E.W.S. The release, compiled under the supervision of archivist Wouter Bessels, includes the very first band recordings of Mission Impossible, Enough Is Enough and When the Lady Smiles, which became a major hit in 1984. Golden Earring was a band from The Hague. The release came out in 2025.
