Use Your Illusion I was originally released in September 1991, alongside Use Your Illusion II, as the follow-up to Appetite for Destruction (1987). For these albums Guns N' Roses expanded the line-up with drummer Matt Sorum and keyboardist Dizzy Reed, resulting in a broader sound with ballads, blues influences, and orchestral arrangements. Tracks included Don't Cry and the Wings cover Live and Let Die, along with November Rain, a composition of nearly nine minutes with one of the most expensive music videos ever made. Use Your Illusion I debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200, right behind volume II. Both albums went on to sell multiple millions of copies. This edition is a 2-LP.
