Songs from the Vault collected rarities and outtakes by Jethro Tull from the period 1975 to 1978. The material came from the sessions for the albums Minstrel in the Gallery, Too Old to Rock 'n' Roll: Too Young to Die, Songs from the Wood and Heavy Horses. During those years, Ian Anderson's band moved from progressive rock toward a more folk-tinged sound. The archival collection was released in 2025 through Rhino.
