Muswell Hillbillies is about the north London working-class district the Davies brothers came from, about demolition, forced relocation and people who refuse to be organised away, with 20th Century Man, Alcohol and Oklahoma U.S.A. Everybody's in Show-Biz then paired a studio side about life on tour, including Celluloid Heroes and Supersonic Rocket Ship, with live recordings from Carnegie Hall. Alongside the albums themselves the set holds demos, alternate versions, BBC sessions, further live material and the 8mm home movie footage Ray Davies shot in 1971. This edition is a box set with 6 LPs, 4 CDs and a Blu-ray.
