For Kneecap it all started with 3CAG, the mixtape that originally broke the Belfast trio in 2018. Mo Chara and Móglaí Bap from West Belfast rap in Irish, joined by DJ Próvaí from Derry, bending the language in ways rarely heard in it before. The songs deal with drugs, nights out and run-ins with the police, with titles such as Your Sniffer Dogs Are Shite, Cearta and Tá na Baggies ar an Talamh. The mixtape was mastered in Dublin by Ciarán Byrne, and the story of how it came together was later fictionalised in the feature film Kneecap.

This edition is a limited edition LP on black vinyl, the first ever vinyl pressing of the mixtape.
