Madness spent years on The Liberty of Norton Folgate, an album about London: its districts, its waves of migration and the history underneath. The title track runs past ten minutes and moves from music hall into ska and back again. Around it sit Dust Devil, NW5, Sugar and Spice and Clerkenwell Polka. The album reached number five in Britain and originally appeared in 2009.
