Endgame is Megadeth's twelfth studio album and originally dates from 2009. It is the first record with guitarist Chris Broderick, who plays the opening instrumental 'Dialectic Chaos' alongside Dave Mustaine. '44 Minutes' tells the story of the 1997 bank robbery and shootout in North Hollywood, and 'Head Crusher' earned a Grammy nomination. The album entered the Billboard 200 at number nine.
