Megadeth's sixteenth studio album appeared in September 2022 on UMe, six years after Dystopia and following a period in which Dave Mustaine was treated for throat cancer. Mustaine and Chris Rakestraw produced the twelve songs, with Kiko Loureiro on guitar and Dirk Verbeuren on drums. The title track opens with a spoken tale of a plague, 'Night Stalkers' has a rap verse by Ice-T, and 'We'll Be Back' and 'Killing Time' were released as singles. The album entered the Billboard 200 at number three. This edition is a 2-LP on blue and green vinyl, a limited pressing for independent record shops.
