Return to Greendale documents the 2003 tour on which Neil Young and Crazy Horse brought their concept album Greendale to the stage. The album follows the story of the fictional Green family in the same order as the studio version, from "Falling from Above" to the closing "Be the Rain", by way of the thirteen-minute "Grandpa's Interview". The performances are rougher and longer than in the studio, and during the show the story was acted out on stage at the same time. The album was released in November 2020 on Reprise Records. This edition is a numbered box holding two LPs, two CDs, a DVD and a Blu-ray of the concert film.
