Closure/Continuation Live documenteert de triomfantelijke terugkeer van Porcupine Tree op het podium perfect. Het is een live-opname die is opgenomen op 7 november 2022 in de Amsterdamse Ziggo Dome met 17.000 zitplaatsen en plaatst de luisteraar/kijker gedurende de hele show in het hart van het podium. De psychotrope beelden exploderen achter de band terwijl ze een superieure set songs spelen met - om Steven Wilsons woorden te gebruiken - "no hits", waarbij elke song wordt ontvangen als een hymne uit een ander universum.

Closure/Continuation Live bevat live-opnamen van een groot deel van hun reüniealbum uit 2022 (waaronder de singles Harridan en Of The New Day) en klassieke nummers als Trains, Fear of a Blank Planet en Anesthetize.
