Metallum Nostrum is not a studio album but a covers record: ten songs the band members picked themselves from metal history. Powerwolf took on 'Touch of Evil' and 'Night Crawler' by Judas Priest, 'Edge of Thorns' by Savatage, 'The Evil That Men Do' by Iron Maiden, 'Headless Cross' by Black Sabbath, and 'Out in the Fields' by Gary Moore, each time with their own organ and choir sound over the top. The collection originally came out in 2015 as a bonus disc with the box and earbook editions of Blessed & Possessed and got a standalone release in 2019. That makes it above all a look at where the band itself comes from. This edition is an LP.
