Santana III was the band's third studio album, originally released on 24 September 1971 by Columbia Records. Sixteen-year-old Neal Schon came in as a second guitarist alongside Carlos Santana, which is why the guitar parts on No One to Depend On and Toussaint L'Overture lock into one another. Percussionist Coke Escovedo joined the sessions, and the Tower of Power horns colour Everybody's Everything. It is the last album by the line-up that played Woodstock; the group broke up shortly afterwards. This edition is a 2-LP with four bonus tracks.
