Shawn is the fifth studio album by Canadian singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes, released on 15 November 2024 through Island Records. He made it after the break he took in 2022, when he cut short the Wonder world tour to work on his mental health. The pop production of his earlier albums gives way to acoustic guitar and folk rock, with Heart Of Gold a soft-rock ballad about a childhood friend who died, and a restrained reading of Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah closing the record.
