Astroworld was the third studio album by American rapper Travis Scott. The album was released on August 3, 2018, through Cactus Jack Records, Grand Hustle and Epic Records. The title referred to the amusement park of the same name in Scott's hometown of Houston, which had closed its doors in 2005. Upon release, the album went straight to number one on the Billboard 200. Sicko Mode grew into the album's best-known single and also reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100. Other songs such as Stargazing and Carousel opened the album with a mood that tied into the amusement park theme.
