Now Playing is a compilation from Rhino's series of the same name, released on 5 July 2024. Its ten songs come from Van Morrison's Warner years between 1968 and 1971: Sweet Thing, Cyprus Avenue, and The Way Young Lovers Do from Astral Weeks; Into the Mystic, Crazy Love, Caravan, and Moondance from Moondance; and Domino, Call Me Up In Dreamland, and Blue Money from His Band and the Street Choir. Together they run a little over forty minutes and cover exactly the stretch in which he moved from folk jazz towards soul and rhythm and blues. This edition is an LP on sea blue vinyl.
