Tome of Madness is not a music album but a spoken-word recording: Alice Cooper reads one of the horror stories from the world of the game of the same name, which appeared in 2021. The story runs across two parts totalling more than eighteen minutes, with music and sound effects underneath. The sleeve uses artwork from the game.
