This live album captures the concert Alice Cooper gave on 17 June 1975 at the Forum in Los Angeles, during the theatrical Welcome to My Nightmare tour, with choreography by David Winters, dancers and film projections. The show was recorded at the time for the King Biscuit Flower Hour. The eighteen songs combine material from the solo album with hits from the period when Cooper still performed with his band, such as School's Out, I'm Eighteen and No More Mr. Nice Guy. The release came out in 2025, fifty years after the album Welcome to My Nightmare.
