Faster, harder and with a new bassist: Favourite Worst Nightmare, the second Arctic Monkeys album, originally came out in April 2007 and was recorded at Miloco Studios in east London with producers James Ford and Mike Crossey. Nick O'Malley had by then replaced Andy Nicholson. Opener Brianstorm sets the pace inside ninety seconds, Fluorescent Adolescent and Teddy Picker became the singles, and closer 505 grew over the following years into one of the band's best-loved songs. The album sold more than 227,000 copies in its first week in the UK, entered at number 1 and won Best British Album at the 2008 Brit Awards. This edition is an LP.
