After three mixtapes he had earlier compiled as Trilogy, Abel Tesfaye chose dark, cinematic R&B with slow beats, cavernous synths and lyrics about fame, isolation and life on tour. 'Live For' features a contribution from Drake, a frequent collaborator. The album debuted at number two on the US Billboard 200.
